About

We seek the collaboration of the various volunteering groups at Ashridge, to record their work experience, and showcase the restoration work which is achieved. This may in turn attract new volunteers to the Estate. There are currently some one hundred and seventy active volunteers producing some £200,000 worth of work annually for the National Trust at Ashridge.
When reporting events we aim to be topical and informative about environmental issues as and when they might affect Ashridge, and to provide background information on the plants and wildlife.
We aim to keep volunteers abreast of new developments on the Estate, as well as recording past times which have had an influence in shaping the landscape and creating the habitats and artefacts seen today.
