Wild flowers at Down Farm


Bee orchids – don’t you just love them! The flowers mimicking a bee so that they can get pollinated. Early gentian – a very rare flower even at Ashridge.

Wild flower walks


A guided walk to be held for the public around the Beacon on Saturday 18th June from 10pm to 2pm. Also on Saturday 2nd July from 10am to 12noon. It is expected that they will be led by Lawrence Trowbridge.
